Food and drink prices felt exorbitant for the value received!!! Misleading room views that didn't match photos could use more transparency!!! Beach conditions with seaweed severely impacted our overall experience!!!

The rooftop room with plunge pool was stunning, spacious, and well-decorated. Staff provided exceptional service with friendly recommendations and delicious breakfast options.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. essentials weren't always refilled. Dining options were limited, and prices felt steep for what's provided.

central location for exploring tulum's beautiful parks and cenotes nearby

During my stay, I was thrilled with the short drive to Tulum Archaeological Site, where I enjoyed wandering through ancient ruins, and the nearby Cenote Abejas, perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring. the staff were attentive and the rooftop views were absolutely stunning.

great views but limited beach access

Upgrading to a beachfront room was worth it, providing stunning sunrise views right from our veranda. The spacious layout of our room was impressive, and the daily restocking of the mini bar, especially the complimentary beer, made for a nice touch. Breakfast on the veranda was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy lovely views while eating, reminiscent of the sea view that many guests raved about.

The beach loungers in front were often occupied, making it hard to find a spot to relax.

We had a lovely stay at Nerea. The beachfront location offered fine views, and the rooftop suite was cozy. The food was delicious, though a bit pricey. A few mornings, service was slow, but the friendly staff made our experience enjoyable.

The staff were really good. Isabel. Having a private pool in our beach front suite was like stepping into our own paradise every morning.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend vacation in Tulum, great for the money. The breakfast had plenty of vegetarian options, which was a nice surprise. Bring your own water bottles since there's no filtered tap available.

Oh, the hand-cut steaks were a culinary delight, melting in your mouth with every bite! The breakfast selection was also brilliant, with freshly made dishes that never missed the mark. Not to mention the breathtaking view from the rooftop pool – pure paradise! The staff were so personable, remembering our special requests like it was second nature.

Now for a lil' cheeky critique, the beach loungers were limited – some folks were reserving them like Olympic gold! Just a minor hiccup in an otherwise stellar experience.

nerea was a beautiful place right in front of the beach. the wrap-around pool was stunning, and we loved our partial ocean view king room. breakfast was delicious with an amazing view. the staff was super friendly, especially isa, who gave us great tips about local spots.

now for a lil' cheeky critique, we felt it offered the least for a lot of money compared to other places we visited.
